摘    要:目的]研究水田与旱地烤烟生长及品质特征的差异。方法]以湖南桂阳烟区水田和旱地为材料,研究两种土壤上种植的烤烟各时期生长率和初烤烟叶的理化特性。结果]水田烤烟生长周期长,成熟期生长率过高,脱氮困难,以致烟叶总氮含量过高,烟叶含梗率和含水率高;旱地烤烟长势不如水田烤烟,进入成熟期早,烟叶干物质累积多,烟叶结构紧密,总糖和钾含量高。感官评吸结果表明,旱地烤烟好于水田烤烟。可见,两者生长规律有所不同,理化品质也有较大差异。结论]该研究可为提高典型浓香型烤烟的品质奠定理论与试验基础。

Comparison of Growth and Quality of Flue-cured Tobacco Growing at between Paddy Field and Dry Land

Abstract: Objective] The aim was to find out the difference of growth and quality of flue-cured tobacco growing at between paddy field and dry land: Method] The growth rate at different periods and the beginning physicochemical properties of flue-cured tobacco leaves at field and dry land were studied in Guiyang County, Hunan Province. Result] The results showed that the growth periods of tobacco at paddy field was long, tobacco grew too fast at maturity period, the total nitrogen were too high owing to the difficulties in denitrification, water contents and stem ratios of tobacco leaf were too high. The growth of flue-cured tobacco at dry land was relatively weak and matured earlier. The structure of tobacco leaf at dry land was tight because it had major dry matter accumulation, and it had a higher content of total sugar and potassium. E- valuated results by sense organ showed that tobacco ]eaves at dry land were better than those at paddy field. So the growth rhythm and physico- chemical characteristics of leaves had great differences at paddy field and dry land. Conclusion ] The study provides a theoretical and trial foundation for improving the quality of typical flavor type flue-cured tobacco.
