| 摘 要： | 目前我国农业正处于从传统农业向现代农业变革的转型时期，河南省作为一个典型的农业大省，加快发展现代农业、实现农业经济的持续快速增长是当前农业建设的首要任务。该研究在阐述现代农业内涵和基本特征的基础上，分析了目前制约河南省现代农业发展的因素，以及现代农业发展的内、外部驱动力构成，提出了驱动力推动下河南省发展现代农业的政策建议。

| Abstract: | At present, it remains in the transition period from traditional to modem stage for China＇ s agriculture. As a typical big agricultural province, it is the primary task to accelerate modem agriculture and realize sustainable rapid growth of agricultural economy in Henan Prov- ince. On the basis of elaborating connotation and basic characteristics of modem agriculture, factors for restricting modem agriculture develop- ment in Henan Province were analyzed, as well as the constitution of inner and outer driving forces, finally, several suggestions for developing modem agriculture in Henan Province were put forward. |
