摘 要: | ![]() [目的]研究狼牙刺中氧化苦参碱积累规律。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),对同一植株狼牙刺各器官中氧化苦参碱积累规律进行研究。[结果]结果表明,每年5月初幼果形成是氧化苦参碱从叶向果实转运的转折点,幼果形成后,叶中氧化苦参碱水平从1.1%持续降至8月的0.5%,而幼果中氧化苦参碱水平从最初的0.77%持续增加到成熟果实的3.6%。[结论]狼牙刺叶器官是氧化苦参碱合成的主要器官,成熟果实是氧化苦参碱积累的主要器官。

Abstract: | ![]() [Objective] The accumulation rule of the oxymatrine in Sophora viciifolia was studied.[Method] The accumulation of the oxymatrine in the organs of same Sophora viciifolia plant was tested with High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC).[Results] The results showed that the turning point of the oxymatrine transited from the leaf to the fruit was in May of each year when the young fruit was formed.After the formation of young fruit,the level of 1.1% oxymatrine in leaf was reduced to 0.5% in August,while the initial content of 0.77% oxymatrine in young fruit was continuously increased to 3.6% in ripe fruit.[Conclusion] Sophora davidii leaf was main organ of oxymatrine synthetic and the maturity fruit was main organ of oxymatrine accumulation. |
