| Abstract: | The present situation of water conservancy modernization in rural area in China and other countries are described. Some questions that we need pay close attention to are put forward. Firstly, modernizing water conservancy in rural areas must be accord with the local social and economical development level. Secondly, ecological environment protection should be emphasized in rural area conservancy development. Thirdly, more attention should pain to rainfall utilization in development of water conservancy in rural area. |
