| 摘 要： | 以甜菜碱和类胡萝卜素为主要活性成分的枸杞提取物为基础,使用液相色谱与二极管列阵检测器联用仪(HPLC DAD),给出了3种枸杞的HPLC DAD的化学指纹图谱,并进行了比较 说明可以用中药材化学指纹图谱来进行枸杞品种的识别和真伪的鉴定

| Abstract: | Base on the extraction of Fructus lycii,Betaine and Carotenoids,as main active ingredient, use HPLC-DAD, has set out the chemical fingerprinting of 3 kinds of Fructus lycii,and has compared. Prove that can carry on identify of the varieties and true and false of Fructus lycii with the chemical fingerprint of Chinese traditional and herbal drugs. |
