| 摘 要： | 用不同的溶剂提取桔皮中的黄酮类化合物，并测定其含量。结果表明，用50％甲醇提取桔皮中黄酮类化合物的含量最高，提取率为6.6%。其它提取黄酮类化合物提取率较高的溶剂依次是75％甲醇、75％乙醇和冰局酸。同时对不同溶剂提取的黄酮类化合物做了薄层层析（TLC）的研究。

| Abstract: | Tlavonoid from orange peel were extracted with different solvents,and the contend was determined.The result showed that content of orange peel flavonoid extracted by using 50%methanol is the highest,the rate of extraction is 6.6%.The other solvents that have higher extraction rate are 75% methanol,75% alcohol and acetic acid successively.Flavonoid extracted with different solvents were also studied by TLC(thin-layer chromatography). |
