不同沙棘品种果实营养成分的比较分析

摘    要:本试验对卡图尼礼品、8911、巨人、MH、M4、中国沙棘6个沙棘品种的维生素C、维生素E、类胡萝卜素及游离氨基酸等指标进行了分析。结果表明,巨人含维生素C量最高,8911含维生素E量最高,MH含类胡萝卜素量最高;同时,氨基酸含量MH、8911含17种,卡图尼礼品、中国沙棘含16种,M4含15种,巨人含14种。其中,人体必需氨基酸MH、8911、卡图尼礼品含9种,中国沙棘、M4含8种,巨人含7种。

Abstract:Vitamin C and vitamin E, carotenoid and amino acids contents of H rha L subsp turkestanica Rousi (Dar katuni),89 1 1, H rha L subsp turkestanica Rousi(Velican),MH,M4,sea buckthorn of China species of various sea buckthorn were studied The results showed that the species of content highest of vitamin C is H rha L subsp turkestanica Rousi(Velican) and the species of content highest of vitamin E is 89 1 1 and the species of content highest of carotenoid is MH MH,89 1 1 species contain 17 kinds of amino acids and 9 kinds of essential amino acids; H rha L subsp turkestanica Rousi (Dar katuni),sea buckthorn of China contain 16 kinds of amino acids and 9 kinds of essential amino acids in H rha L subsp turkestanica Rousi (Dar katuni) and 8 kinds of essential amino acids in sea buckthorn of China; M4 contains 15 kinds of amino acids and 8 kinds of essential amino acids; H rha L subsp turkestanica Rousi(Velican) contains 14 kinds of amino acids and 7 kinds of essential amino acids
