~(14)C-辛硫磷在青菜上的残留及安全使用标准的研究

摘    要:本文用硅胶G薄板层析、液体闪烁计数法研究了~14C-辛硫磷在两种青菜上的残留动态。结果表明:~14C-辛硫磷在青菜上的残留消失随时间呈指数下降,喷药次数对残留量无显著的影响,安全使用标准为50%辛硫磷乳剂,900g/ha,用药三次,每次施药间隔5天,安全间隔期亦为5天。

Abstract:A dynamical residual of ~(14)C-Pboxin in green vegetables vas studied with silicon gel chromatography and liquit scinti ltaion counter. The results showed that the amount of ~(14)C-Phoxin residual in vegetables decreased with time as exponential function, and there was no significant effect for spraying times oa the residual amount. the safety criterion is about 900g/ha for the 50% Phoxin emulsion. Generally, the pesticide is used 3 times with 5 days interval. The safety interval is also 5 days after spraying on the green vegctable.
