摘    要:测定了不同饲养密度下棉铃虫蛾的寿命和生殖特性。结果表明,棉铃虫成虫的寿命因不同的饲养条件和性别而异。单头饲养时,雌蛾寿命4-37d,平均18.9d;雄蛾5-26d,平均15.8d;雌雄寿命差异不显著。单对瓶养和每笼10对饲养蛾雌雄寿命亦无显著差异。但不同饲养密度下雌蛾或雄蛾寿命均呈显著或极显著差异。单对饲养蛾产卵量最高达2500粒。最低权1粒;单对和10对饲养蛾平均每雌产卵量分别为907粒和953

Abstract:The longevity and fecundity of the cotton bollworm, Helicoverpa armigera were compared at different rearing densities namely single moth (SM) or a pair in a jar (APM), 10 (10PM) or 30(30PM) pairs in a cage. It was found that moths in SM have the longest living days, the average longevities of female and male being 18.9 and 15.8 days, respectively. The average number of eggs laid by per female in APM and 10PM were 907 and 953 respectively, showing little difference between them. While moths in 10PM and 30PM laid eggs in earlier stage than those in SM and APM. The maximum and minimum number of eggs per female were 2 500 and 1. Female in APM, 10PM or 30PM received an average number of spermatophore of 0.94, 1.90 and 0.81. About 30%, 10% and 40% females did not mate. Therefore, rearing 10 pairs of moth in a cage was better.
