生化分离技术课程教学改革的探索与实践

摘    要:根据生物技术专业办学定位的特点,对生化分离技术课程的教学改革进行探索。在明确课程定位的基础上,对教学内容进行优化;采用多媒体、互联网等辅助教学手段进行理论教学;建立了多层次、多环节特色的实验教学体系,在教学实践中取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:The teaching innovation on bioseparation technique was explored according to the characterization of biotechnology.Bsed on the well-defined course orientation,the teaching contents were optimized.The multimedia and internet methods were used for theoretic teaching.Also the experimental teaching system with multiple hiberarchy and taches was established.All the innovation measurements have achieved excellent effects during the practice.
