| 摘 要： | 高校作为人才培养的基地,能否培养出高质量的创新创型人才,如何培养出创新型人才已经成为人们讨论的热点。本文结合动物科学专业的自身特点,阐述了动物科学专业创新型人才的基本特征和基本素质,提出了动物科学专业创新型人才培养的对策,期望对提高动物科学专业人才培养质量有所帮助。

| Abstract: | As the base of talent development, university becomes a hotspot of how to develop creative talent. This paper combining oneself characteristic of animal science specialty discussed basic characteristics and quality of creative talents of animal science specialty, put forward countermeasure of developing creative talents, expected to help improve the quality of talent developing. |
