富硒平菇中微量元素硒的含量测定

以平菇为载体,通过在培养基中加入一定质量浓度的无机硒溶液进行富硒栽培,获得了富硒平菇。选用硝酸和高氯酸（5：1）混合消化液对样品进行湿法消化,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法直接测定平菇、富硒平菇中铁、锰、锌、铜的含量,再运用原子荧光光谱法测定这二种平菇中硒的含量。结果表明,富硒平菇含有较高的硒和微量元素。

Determination of Selenium in Pleuroeus ostreatus Rich in Selenium

Pleuroeus ostreatus,with adding selenium compound in its culture medium was taken as carrier to be raised the lentinus eddoes rich in selenium,and for the first time,selenium amylase was distilled.The sample treatment has been adopted by wet decomposition with HNO3 and HClO4（5：1）.The contents of the Fe,Mn,Zn and Cu in Pleuroeus ostreatus and Pleuroeus ostreatus rich in selenium were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The contents of the Se in Pleuroeus ostreatus and Pleuroeus ostreatus rich in selenium were determined by fluorescence spectrometry.The results showed that some elements essential as Se and trace element in Pleuroeus ostreatus rich in selenium.
