| 摘 要： | 对尖叶匐灯藓、细叶小羽藓、南亚灰藓和绿叶白发藓4种藓类进行干旱胁迫,观察其生长状况,并对其叶绿素含量变化进行了测定。结果表明:苔藓植物的叶绿素含量随着干旱程度的加剧出现先上升后下降的趋势,4种苔藓植物的耐旱能力依次为绿叶白发藓>南亚灰藓>细叶小羽藓>尖叶匐灯藓。

| Abstract: | The changing characteristics of growth status and chlorophyll content of Plagiomnium acutum,Haplocladium microphyllum,Hypnum oldhamii and Leucobryum chlorophyllosum under continuing drought stress were studied.The results were as followed: chlorophyll content increased first and then decreased under drought stress,the drought tolerance of four species was in order: Leucobryum chlorophyllosum> Hypnum oldhamii> Haplocladium microphyllum> Plagiomnium acutum. |
