| 摘 要： | 在界定循环经济模式和县域循环经济内涵的基础上,以呼图壁县作为新疆农业县的典型,通过分析该县发展循环经济的现状及存在的问题,结合呼图壁县的产业特点,构建了县域循环经济模式的总体框架,设计了以棉花种植加工和以生物质能源开发为核心的循环经济产业链,并且提出了实现县域发展循环经济的途径。

| Abstract: | In defining the mode of circular economy and the county circular economy based on the content to Hutubi County of Xinjiang as a typical agricultural county,the county's development of recycling economy by analyzing the current situation and existing problems,combined with the characteristics of the industry Hutubi County to construct a model of county cycle economy overall framework designed to cotton processing and biomass energy development in the core of circular economy industrial chain,and proposed county development cycle to achieve cost-effective way. |
