天然气气质组分变化对超声波流量计的影响

摘    要:通过对超声波流量计计量原理的分析,结合中国石化天然气榆济管道分公司济南站两种气质组分不同的天然气混合后计量现状,简化了超声波流量计体积流量计算公式,推导得出体积流量和相对密度均与标准条件下和工作条件下的压缩因子比Z0/Zn有关:天然气相对密度越大,则Z0/Zn越大,超声波流量计换算成标准状态下的体积流量亦越大.最后,提出了减小双气源气质组分差异对超声波流量计影响的合理化建议.

Abstract:According to analysis of ultrasonic flowmeter measurement principle and combined with measurement status after mixture of two kinds of gas with different gas components in Jinan Compressor Station of SINOPEC Yulin-Jinan Gas Pipeline Branch Company,volume flow calculation formula for ultrasonic flowmeter is simplified and it is derived that the volume flow and relative density are related to compression factor ratio Z0/Zn under standard conditions and working conditions.With the increase of the gas relative density,the ratio of Z0/Zn is increased and the flow measurement value output by the ultrasonic flow meter under standard conditions is also increased.Finally,rationalization proposal is proposed to reduce impact of dual gas source component difference on the ultrasonic flowmeter.
