摘    要:利用试验环道对胜利新滩含水65%稠油的W/O乳状液采用转相乳化法形成O/W乳状液的性质进行测试。3种不同方案的试验结果表明:在相同条件下,环道试验配制的乳状液液滴尺寸分布范围大,稳定性较差;在其他条件不变时,环道流量和乳化剂加量对乳状液的动态稳定性影响较大;流量越大,O/W乳状液的动态稳定性越好;在一定范围内,乳化剂加量越大,O/W乳状液稳定性越好。在管流条件下,形成O/W乳状液和乳化剂在管壁吸附均可降低管输摩阻,乳状液的稳定性是影响管道压降的主要因素。温度变化对O/W乳状液的表观粘度影响不大,同时,加剂0.8mg/g形成的O/W乳状液停输再启动不存在困难。

Abstract:Using the test loop,phase inversion emusifying test is made on the W/O emulsion with 65% water cut of heavy oil from Xintan of Shengli Oilfeild to research the property of W/O emulsion formed.Results show that under the same conditions,test loop preparation emulsion droplet has a wide distribution range with less stability,the test loop flowrate and the emulsifier concentration has a remarkable impact on the dynamic stability of the emulsion when other conditions remained unchanged,the greater the flowrate is,the better the O/W emulsion of dynamic stability is.In a certain range,the greater the concentration of emulsifier is,the better the O/W emulsion stability is.In the pipe flow conditions,O/W emulsion formation and emulsion adsorption in pipe wall can reduce the pipe friction.Emulsion stability is the main factor affecting pipe pressure drop.Temperature has little effect on the apparent viscosity of the O/W emulsion.At the same time,the O/W emulsion with 0.8 mg/g additive can be transported smoothly after shutting down.
