| 摘 要： | 根据呼伦贝尔市地方林业实施天然林资源保护工程实际情况，构建了工程区天然林资源保护工程实施效果综合评价指标体系；运用层次分析法，对实施效果进行综合评价。结果表明：天然林资源保护工程综合评价指数为0．950，其中的生态效益指数为0．896、经济效益指数为1．000、社会效益指数为0．999；呼伦贝尔市地方林业天然林资源保护工程实施效果，达到非常好的级别。

| Abstract: | We studied the implementation effect of Natural Forest Protection Program in Hulunbuir local forestry .A comprehen-sive evaluation index system was proposed to determine survey data and calculation methods of evaluation index .The com-prehensive evaluation index was calculated by using analytic hierarchy process which was evaluated by NFPP in Hulunbuir local forestry .The established evaluation index system indicates that the comprehensive evaluation index of NFPP in Hu -lunbuir local forestry is 0 .950, the ecological benefits index is 0.896, economic benefits index is 1.000 and social benefits index is 0.999.Our results can give practical guidance to the NFPP on comprehensive benefits evaluation , and the evalua-tion index system can give guidance to the NFPP in other similar local forestry . |
