气吹式春播前残膜回收机的研制

研究设计了主要针对往年陈膜和碎膜的新型气吹式春播前残膜回收机，运用运动及动力学分析方法，建立了直齿残膜捡拾机构在气流作用下运动模型及残膜相对于捡膜齿的相对运动微分方程。计算捡膜齿在耕层50mm深度内可得到较好的效果，捡膜辊转速最适宜转速为30r／min。并运用3-D CFD模拟方法，对输送风道避行分析，找出了影响机构工作性能的主要因素是气体涡流，提出的措施是在风道入口下部适当留一条宽度5mm的缝隙，进行负压补偿，削除涡流；保障气流的顺利畅通，必免过大的曲率半径。

Development of a type of air blast plastic film collector before spring sowing

A new type of collector which was used to collect used plastic film was developed and designed.The equation of movement of the straight tooth type mulching plastic film collector and differential equation of movement of plastic film versus tooth were derived by kinetic and dynamic analysis method. Calculating result is that the perfect depth of the straight tooth type mulching plastic film collector is 50mm in plough floor,and the appropriate rotating velocity of plastic film collector roller is 30 r/min. The transporting pipeline was analyzed based on the 3-D CFD model.The gas whorl was found to mainly affect the working performance of the collector.The deleting whorl measure was suggested to equalize negative press by remaining a slot under the transporting pipeline about 5mm, in order to optimize the working performance of the collector,keep wind pass through successfully,avoid large curvature radius.
