| 摘 要： | 柴油机曲轴作为重要运动部件,设计要求高,在长时间、高速度运转下,容易过早地出现失效或断裂现象。通过对曲轴表面强化处理、轴向尺寸控制、工艺流程制定、车间布置、键槽位置公差及轴颈平行度保证等生产技术问题的解决,强化了曲轴生产过程的稳定性和一致性,使曲轴制造质量得到提高。

| Abstract: | The Crankshaft is an important motion parts.It has very high technical requirement.The crankshaft is easy to invalidation and rupture because of high speed turning.Through some manufacturing technologies such as surface aggrandizement ,axial size control,technologic flow arragement,plane collocation of workshop,controlling the keyway position tolerance and axial parallel tolerance and etc.We could ensure the quality and stability and consistency in parts production. |
