| 摘 要： | 对从病、死鸡中分离纯化出的致病细菌（编号为JLF2）进行了形态观察、生化鉴定和药敏试验。初步鉴定认为该细菌为鸡链球菌，该病菌对先锋霉素、青霉素、庆大霉素、四环素高度敏感，对环丙沙星、菌必治、罗红霉素、壮观霉素、氧氟沙星、氨苄青霉素中度敏感。

| Abstract: | Sick chicken were dissected which were suspected suffering from streptococcosis raised by one hennery of Shaoguan.We obtained the thenosogenetic bacteria and marked it as JLF2.A series of microbial diagonosis were undertoken,such as figure identification,Glanz' dyeing identification,biochemical test and medicine sensitivity test.The results of test were confirmed initially as follows: It was the case of Streptococosis.And we also found that the separated streptococcus was sensitive highly to Cefalexin,Pen-v... |
