双峰驼髋关节解剖特征

摘    要:运用大体解剖学方法,结合活体X射线透视及光学摄影术,观察了双峰驼的髋关节。与马、牛、羊、猪、犬及人的对等器官比,双峰驼的髋关节囊纤维层增厚,形成髂股、坐股及耻股3条韧带,分别类似于人的同名韧带;关节囊纤维层有少量弓形及半环形纤维,但未形成轮匝带;股骨头韧带始于髋臼切迹及髋臼窝,与人(始于髋臼横韧带及髋臼切迹两侧)、马(始于近髋臼切迹的耻骨下沟)均不同;髋关节无副韧带(与牛同)。

Abstract:Twelve hip joints of the adult bactrian camels were exhaustively dissected and observed by using gross anatomic method, combining with roentgenography and optical photography for the living specimens of the animals. As compared with same organs in ox, sheep, horse, pig, dog and human being, there are following distinct characteristics in form and structure of the hip joint in bactrian camel: 1. the fibrous stratum of articular capsule appears considerable thick with three ligaments (iliofemoral lig., ischiofemoral lig. and pubofemoral lig.) to be formed, which are similar to those in human body; 2. there are a few arched and semi ringlike fibers in the articular capsule but zona orbiculuris has not formed yet; 3. the capsular ligament originates from the acetabular notch and acetabular fossa, instead of the transverse acetabular ligament and the each side of acetabular notch appears as in human body, and the inferior sulcus of pubis by acetabular notch as in horse; 4. like ox, there is not accessory ligament in the hip joint.
