低温胁迫下甘蓝生理生化研究进展

摘    要:综述了低温胁迫下甘蓝细胞膜透性、细胞渗透调节物质研究新进展。甘蓝在生长过程中经常受到低温冷害或冻害胁迫,对甘蓝细胞膜透性、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、丙二醛、脱落酸、游离脯氨酸等产生了一系列影响,综述细胞渗透物之间、渗透物与膜透性之间的变化规律,同时对甘蓝抗寒性研究进行了展望,以期为甘蓝抗寒品种鉴定提供参考,

Abstract:The progress of low temperature stress to the membrane permeability and the osmosis matter of cells in cabbage is summarized. Low temperature stress had influenced on the membrane permeability, the content of soluble sugar, soluble protein, MDA, ABA, and proline in the growth process of cabbage. The changes between osmosis matters of cells and between osmosis matters and the membrane permeability was also reviewed which can offer some reference for identification of cold-resistant cultivar.
