核桃无融合生殖研究进展

摘    要:
对核桃无融合生殖研究的成果进行了归纳总结得出:核桃很多品种具有无融合生殖能力,无融合生殖率不同年份之间变幅很大,不同品种之间、雄先型与雌先型无融合之间生殖率的高低有无差别还难定论,使用激素和失活花粉蒙导有利于核桃无融合生殖率的提高。核桃无融合生殖胚由卵细胞发育而来,属于孤雌生殖,核桃无融合生殖后代过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱和果实不同发育阶段矿质营养水平与自然授粉实生后代相比有明显的差异。

Abstract:
The article sums up the research outcomes of the walnut apomixes.A large variety of walnut has the ability of apomixes.The apomixes rate differs with ages.Conclusion hasn't been reached about whether it is different between male and female apomixes rate among different categories.Using the hormone and the inactivation pollens leads to the apomixes rate increase.The walnut apomixes embryo is developed from the ovary cell and belongs to the parthenogenesis.There is a distinct difference between the walnut apomixes and the natural pollinations in their posterity peroxides enzyme and the mineral nutrition levels at different growth stages.
