| 摘 要： | 通过对醴陵、涟源、隆回、鼎城4个典型县(市、区)120个水稻家庭农场的调研发现,湖南水稻家庭农场发展在促进就业转移、稳定播种面积、提高生产效率和增加规模收益等方面发挥了重要作用,但存在稻谷销售价格低、资金短缺、政府补贴少和水田规模小等主要问题,提出了加强政策扶持、基本建设、技术培训和示范引领的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Through the investigation and study of 120 rice family farms in 4 typical counties(cities, districts) of Liling, Lianyuan, Longhui and Dingcheng, it was indicated that the development of Hunan rice farm families played an important role in promoting employment and stable planting area, improving production efficiency and increasing returns to scale, but the rice sales price was low, the shortage of funds, less government subsidies for paddy field and small scale problems. Some suggestions were put forward to strengthen policy support, basic construction, technical training and demonstration leading. |
