西藏农牧民土地流转行为及影响因素分析

以西藏拉萨、林芝、山南和日喀则四个地市的416份调查问卷数据为基础,实证分析农牧民土地流转行为及其影响因素。调查结果表明:西藏农牧民土地流转行为特征表现为土地流转地区间差异大;以流出土地为主,流转形式趋向多样化;流转方式单一,流转程序不规范;租金支付方式以实物支付为主,价格差异大;农牧民对流转现状满意度高,对相关政策了解较少。通过建立Logistic模型对影响农牧民土地流转因素回归分析,影响显著的因素有年龄、受教育年限、家庭收入主要来源、家庭总人口数和流转前后收入比较,并针对回归结果提出相应的对策建议,促进西藏土地有序流转。

Analysis of Land Transfer Behavior and Its Influencing Factors of Farmers and Herdsmen in Tibet

Based on the data of 416 questionnaires from four cities in Lasa, Linzhi, Shannan and Rigaze, this paper empirically analyzed the land transfer behavior of farmers and herdsmen and its influencing factors. The results showed that the characteristics of land transfer behavior of farmers and herdsmen in Tibet showed great differences among land transfer areas; the outflow of land was dominant, and the form of circulation tended to diversify; the mode of circulation was unitary, and the procedure of circulation was not standard; the rent was paid mainly in kind and the price varied greatly; farmers and herdsmen were highly satisfied with the current situation of transformation and had little knowledge of relevant policies. Through the establishment of Logistic model, the regression analysis of factors affecting the land transfer of farmers and herdsmen was conducted, the influential factors were age, length of education, income of family, the total population of family and income before and after the transfer, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to promote the orderly circulation of land in Tibet.
