Research on Environmentally Economic Cost and Benefit of the Agricultural Development in Yellow River Delta

A large scale agricultural exploitation will be executed in Yellow River Delta by Shandong provincial government. In the paper, based on analysis of the agricultural exploitation on environmental impact, the economic cost and benefit of the agricultural exploitation have been studied by CBA, and the basic approaches improving net environmental economic benefit for the agricultural exploitation have been suggested.
