摘    要:为探索新型稀土转光膜在塑料大棚黄瓜上的应用效果,以津优315密刺黄瓜为试验材料、PO膜为对照(CK),研究了新型稀土转光膜(RPO)对塑料大棚黄瓜生长、光合特性和品质的影响。结果表明,RPO处理后10、20、30、40 d黄瓜的株高、茎粗、叶片数均显著高于CK,株高分别较CK提高了18.62%、17.02%、12.67%和10.16%,茎粗分别较CK提高了15.29%、11.33%、13.85%和12.84%,叶片数分别较CK提高了11.94%、10.69%、8.91%、8.12%。RPO处理后30、40 d黄瓜的叶面积显著高于CK,分别较CK提高了31.96%、19.64%。RPO处理后40 d黄瓜的叶绿素a和叶绿素b含量显著高于CK,分别较CK提高了14.46%和41.40%;RPO处理的初始荧光、最大荧光产量和PSⅡ最大光能转化效率均显著高于CK,分别较CK提高了4.58%、7.43%和2.53%;RPO处理黄瓜叶片的光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度均显著高于CK,分别较CK提高了15.45%、13.82%和3.72%,胞间CO2浓度较CK降低了1.20%;RP...

Effects of a new type of rare earth light conversion film on the growth and fruit quality of cucumbers in greenhouses
Abstract:In order to explore the application effect of the new rare earth light conversion film on cucumbers in plastic greenhouses, using "Jinyou 315" densely thorn cucumber as the test material and PO film as the control (CK), the effect of the new rare earth light conversion film (RPO) on Effects of cucumber growth, photosynthetic characteristics and quality in plastic greenhouses. The results showed that the plant height, stem diameter and number of leaves of cucumber after RPO treatment were significantly higher than those of CK; the plant height was increased by 18.62%, 17.02%, 12.67% and 10.16%, and the stem diameter was increased by 15.29%, 11.33%, 13.85% and 12.84%, and the number of leaves increased by 11.94%, 10.69%, 8.91% and 8.12% respectively compared with CK. The leaf area of ??30-40d after RPO treatment was significantly higher than that of CK, which was 31.96% and 19.64% higher than that of CK, respectively. The contents of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b at 40 days after RPO treatment were significantly higher than those of CK, which were increased by 14.46% and 41.40% compared with CK; the initial fluorescence, maximum fluorescence yield and PSII maximum light energy conversion efficiency of RPO treatment were significantly higher than CK, respectively. CK increased by 4.58%, 7.43% and 2.53%; the photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and stomatal conductance of RPO treatment were significantly higher than those of CK, which were increased by 15.45%, 12.59% and 3.72% respectively compared with CK. The change of photosynthetic parameters was opposite, which was 1.20% lower than that of CK; the soluble protein content and Vc content of RPO treatment were significantly higher than those of CK (P<0.05), which were increased by 15.00% and 13.51% respectively compared with CK; the difference of free amino acid content between the two treatments It was not significant (P>0.05), but RPO treatment increased by 3.97% compared with CK; the titratable acid content of RPO treatment was significantly lower than that of CK, and decreased by 26.47% compared with CK. In conclusion, the rare earth light conversion film can promote the growth of cucumber plants, promote the improvement of photosynthetic efficiency, and then improve the fruit quality.
