摘 要: | [目的]对青海高原地木耳中氨基酸含量进行综合评价。[方法]采用SPSS统计软件,对青海高原5个地区的地木耳中氨基酸的含量进行主成分分析。[结果]结果表明,海南州地木耳中氨基酸的品质最好,黄南州的次之,海西州的最差。[结论]为今后青海高原地木耳开发利用提供科学依据。

Abstract: | [Objective] The research aimed to evaluated the amino acids content of the Nostoc commune in Qinghai plateau comprehensively.[Method] By application of the principal component analysis and the statistic software SPSS,the amino acids content of the N.commune in Qinghai plateau was studied.[Result] The results showed that the quality of amino acids was the first in Hainan prefecture,the second in Huangnan prefecture,and the last in Haixi prefecture.[Conclusion] The study will provide the scientific references for usage of N.commune in Qinghai plateau |
