广西恭城瑶族自治县朗山村古民居建筑保护与利用策略研究

古民居的保护离不开对其所处聚落的整体保护,合理利用进行适度的旅游开发也是实现保护积极有效的途径,研究在此原则上提出对广西恭城朗山村古民居的保护与利用策略,通过划定村落的保护范围,控制建筑的高度,保护整治村落建筑,进行建筑引导从而达到保护古民居的目的。通过恢复部分古巷空间完善重点旅游区域,进行古民居的改造利用,整合周边旅游资源等方法,适度对古民居及村落进行旅游开发。

Research on Protection and Utilization Strategy of Ancient Dwellings in Langshan Village Gongcheng Yao Autonomous County in Guangxi Province

The protection of the ancient residential dwellings can not do without the overall settlement protection,the rational tourism development and utilization are also the modest positive and effective way to achieve protection.Based on these principals,the study on protection and utilization strategy of the ancient residential dwellings of Langshan Village Gongcheng County in Guangxi is put forward,and through delimiting the scope of protection and controlling the height of buildings as well as protecting and renovating the village buildings,then architecture guidance is carried out,thereby,realizing the purpose which is to protect the ancient architecture.Finally,the tourism development for the ancient dwellings and villages are carried out appropriately through renewing parts of ancient streets space,improving the major tourist areas,reusing and utilizing the ancient dwellings and integrating peripheral tourism resources and so on.
