不同包装对白灵菇冷藏保鲜效果的影响

[目的]延长白灵菇的保鲜期,并保持其商品性。[方法]以天山2号为材料,研究了不同采收期和不同内外包装对白灵菇冷藏保鲜过程中可溶性蛋白、总糖、细胞膜透性的影响。[结果]适宜保鲜的白灵菇外形为菌盖平展、厚≥2.5 cm;最佳冷藏保鲜的条件是运输前逐个进行包装,而在冷藏前去除包装纸放入泡沫箱、外套普通PVC袋,保鲜期可达120 d。[结论]采用该技术,可以提高我国白灵菇贮藏质量,减少贮藏损失。

Fresh-keeping Effect of Different Packages Pleurotus nebrodens

[Objective] The research aimed to prolong Pleurotus nebrodens's shelf and keep marketability.[Method] The variety of soluble protein,total sugar and membrane permeability in different harvest and different inner /outer packages of Tiansan 2nd were studied.[Result] The flat cap,thickness greater than 2.5 cm was suitable for the preservation of Pleurotus nebrodens.Individually packaged before transportation,remove packaged before fresh-keeping into foam box and outer packaging PVC bags was the best fresh-keeping condition,whose shelf life was up to 120 days.[Conclusion] The storage quality of Pleurotus nebrodens could be improved and the storage loss could be reduced with the technique.
