| 摘 要： | 凝结芽胞杆菌兼具乳酸菌和芽胞杆菌双重生物学功能,因具有良好的耐胃酸、耐胆盐、耐高温和耐储存等性能而受到广泛关注。就凝结芽胞杆菌的生物学功能及其在畜禽生产中的应用进行了综述,以期为凝结芽胞杆菌在畜禽生产中的应用研究提供参考。

| Abstract: | Bacillus coagulans has the dual biological functions of lactic acid bacteria and Bacillus.Due to its good resistance to gastric acid,bile salt,high temperature and long-term storage,the Bacillus coagulans arouses widespread concern.In this paper,the biological function of Bacillus coagulans and its application in livestock and poultry production were reviewed,in hoping to provide references for the research and scientific application of Bacillus coagulans in livestock and poultry production. |
