地方高校服务地方经济建设的机制与途径探索

地方高校在为区域经济发展提供人才支持、区域竞争力、精神动力、技术平台等方面发挥了重要作用,地方高校与区域经济发展之间具有相互制约、依赖和促进的关系。以绥化学院为例,探讨绥化学院服务地方经济过程中存在的问题,通过对接地方产业结构调整、转变社会服务方式等途径,加强地方高校科研成果的研究与推广,同时,鼓励高校教师积极参与地方经济的发展,进而提升地方高校为地方经济建设服务的能力。

Exploration on the Mechanism and Approach of Local Colleges and Universities Serving Local Economic Construction

Local colleges and universities play an important role in providing talent support, regional competitiveness, spiritual motivation and technological platform for regional economic development. Local colleges and universities and regional economic development had the relationship of mutual restriction, dependence and promotion. Taking Suihua University as an example, this paper analyzed the existing problems in the process of serving local economy of local colleges and universities. Through connecting the local industrial structure adjustment and transforming social service modes, strengthening the promotion and application of scientific research achievements of local colleges and universities, and encouraging teachers to actively participate in the development of local economy, so as to enhance the ability of local colleges and universities to serve local economic construction.
