| 摘 要： | 城市森林是城市生态系统的主体,是城市有生命的基础设施建设。城市森林建设的宗旨就是改善城市生态环境,为城市居民提供良好的工作、生活和居住环境。正确认识和评价城市森林的价值与效益是管理好城市森林的基础。城市森林创造的价值包括林产品价值和城市森林为城市居民提供服务的功能。前者如增加美学价值,减少噪音和降低污染,增加生物多样性;后者如提高房地产的价值,降低居民供暖和降温费、改善小气候等价值。城市森林的效益及价值是随着不同时空条件下城市环境、城市居民及需求的变化而不断发展变化的。

| Abstract: | City plantation is the main body of city ecotypic system and the city zoetic basal establishment constrction.The tenet of city plantation is to improve city ecotypic system and provide favorable environment for townsmens' working,living and residing.To understand and evaluate the value and benefit bringing by city plantation is the basic for managing it.The value created by city plantation contain the value of forestry products and the function for providing townsmen with services.The former is to add aesthetic value,relieve noise,depress pollution and increase the variety of abc warfare,while the latter will boost the value of real estate,reduce the heating fee and improve microclimate.The benefit and value of city platantion will change with the diversification of city enviroment,townsmen and their demands. |
