| 摘 要： | 以糙皮侧耳为试验材料,研究了常用钾肥KCl、KNO_3、K_2SO_4、KH_2PO_4对糙皮侧耳产量和品质的影响。结果表明,补充KCl、KNO_3、K_2SO_4、KH_2PO_4均可有效地提高糙皮侧耳的产量和品质;提高其蛋白质、碳水化合物、灰分和钾的含量。

| Abstract: | Using Pleurotus ostreatus fruitbody as test material, effect of KCl, KNO3, K2SO4 and KH2PO4 on the yield and the quality of Pleurotus ostreatus was studied. It was proved that all these 4 kinds of potassium fertilizer could effectively increase the yield and the quality of Pleurotus ostreatus and improve the content of protein, carbohydrate, ash and potassium in the fruitbody of Pleurotus ostreatus. |
