| 摘 要： | 进行热风干燥香菇时温度失水特性试验，得到香菇升温与干燥速度、菇温与含水率的相关性。对升温与干燥速度关系作了理论分析；在试验基础上，经回归分析得到干燥后期菇温与菇内含水率相关性的数学模型，可作为干燥作业中实现温度反馈控制的依据。
