木材干燥全自动控制系统的研制

摘    要:为了提高干燥质量 ,降低能耗 ,使得干燥过程更加准确可靠 ,在木材干燥的工艺环节中引进智能化的计算机技术已势在必行 .该文介绍了北京林业大学工学院研究开发的新一代木材干燥全自动控制系统 .该系统将计算机自动控制技术应用于木材干燥过程的检测与控制之中 ,实现了干燥参数的在线测量和调节 ,重点解决了木材含水率检测的准确性问题 ,在用含水率梯度控制木材干燥过程的技术上做了尝试 ,开发了智能化的控制系统软件 .

Abstract:This paper introduces a new generation of intelligent auto\|control system of wood drying exploited by the School of Technology of Beijing Forestry University. In that system, auto\|control technique is applied to the measurement and control in wood drying process. It realizes the on\|line measurement and adjustment of data, solves the problem of the accuracy of results in measurement of moisture content rate. Breakthrough attempts have been made on the technique of wood drying control. Furthermore,intellectualized auto\|control system software has also been developed.
