| 摘 要： | 石油化工储运系统中存在废水，废气，废渣及噪声污染等问题，为加强环境保护，通过分析这些污染源，结合镇海炼化扩建工程实际，提出了减少污染的对策，如二次脱水，清污分流，油罐二次密封，密闭装车，油气回收等，以达到环境保护的目的。

| Abstract: | The problems in waste water, exhaust gas, off-scum and noise generally exist in storage and transportation system of petrochemical enterprises. To protect environment, the countermeasures against these pollutions in secondary dehydration,pollutant removal,secondary seal of tank,tight-loading and light component are put forward in Zhenhai Refinery and Petrochemical Corporation. |
