| 摘 要： | 以茄子嫁接优良砧木品种"优力加"的种子为材料,对其组培快繁技术进行了研究。结果表明:MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.02 mg/L+蔗糖25 g/L+琼脂7 g/L是"优力加"较适宜的增殖培养基,增殖率高,组培苗生长健壮;1/2 MS+IBA 0.1 mg/L是其适宜的生根培养基,生根迅速,质量好。 |

| Abstract: | ’Youlijia’was used as stock of eggplant,studied the technique of tissue culture and propagation of it through using seeds as explants.The results showed that MS + 6-BA 2.0 mg/L + NAA 0.02 mg/L was the optimum multiplication culture medium,the ratio of multiplication was high and the growth of seedlings was haleness;1/2 MS+ IBA 0.1mg/L was the optimum culture medium of taking roots,the roots grew rapidly and the quality was good. |
