长白山三种橐吾光适应性的初步研究

摘    要:以长白山蹄叶橐吾、复序橐吾、狭苞橐吾为试材,对其不同遮荫条件下的形态指标、叶绿素含量、光合形态指标及叶绿素荧光参数等进行测定,并根据其叶绿素含量、光合速率和叶绿素荧光参数来探讨3种橐吾的耐荫性。结果表明:在50%遮荫下的狭苞橐吾、复序橐吾和在70%遮荫的蹄叶橐吾,其形态、叶绿素含量、净光合速率、日均净光合速率、原初光能转化效率(Fv/Fm)和光化学淬灭系数(qP)达最大,叶绿素a/b值最低,但非光化学淬灭系数(NPQ)随遮荫度增加而降低。因此,狭苞橐吾和复序橐吾适宜生长在50%遮荫环境下,蹄叶橐吾适宜生在70%遮荫环境下;3种橐吾品种为耐荫性植物,其中蹄叶橐吾耐荫性最高,狭苞橐吾和复序橐吾次之。

Abstract:Taking L.fischeri,L.jaluensis Kom,L.intermedia Nakai as material,morphological indexes and the pigment content,net photosynthetic rate,and chlorophyll fluorescence of leaf under different shading treatments(0%,50%,70%) were investigated.The results showed that the pigment content,net photosynthetic rate,photosynthetic rate of dailyaverage,conversion efficiencyof primary light energy(Fv/Fm) of PSⅡ and photochemical quenching coefficient(qP) were enhanced of treatments with shading degree at 50% of L.jaluensis Kom and L.intermedia Nakai and 70% shading treatments of L.fischeri,but the non-photochemical quenching coefficient(NPQ) was decreased behind shading.Conclusion that L.jaluensis Kom.and L.intermedia Nakai could adapt to treatments with shading degree at 50%,L.fischeri could adapt to treatments with shading degree at 70%,three variations of Ligularia Cass of shade plant,L.fischeri No.1,L.jaluensis Kom.and L.intermedia Nakai were poor than its.
