摘    要:研究了转sck水稻及对照的稻米品质变化。结果表明:与对照相比,转基因株系的加工品质、粒长、糊化温度等指标没有明显变化,D62系列中表现出粒长/宽比增加、垩白度和垩白大小降低、胶稠度和蛋白质含量显著增加,总体表现趋好;而转基因M81的外观品质、胶稠度、蛋白质含量均下降,变差;C162S变化不大。

Abstract:The paper deals with the variations of grain quality of transgenic rice with sck gene. Compared with control, processing quality, gelatinization temperature of transgenic rice lines did not vary distinctly. Grain quality of transgenic D62 lines improved, showing grain length/grain width increasing, chalky grain rate and chalkiness area decreasing, gel consistency and protein content increasing. Grain quality of transgenic M81 lines decreased, and apparent quality, gel consistency and protein content decreased. C162S had not changed distinctly.
