| 摘 要： | 利用20对SSR基本核心引物和20对SSR扩展核心引物进行扩增,以鉴定待测玉米样品是否与“先玉335”标准样品相符.通过分析待测样品与“先玉335”标准样品在DNA水平上的差异,结果显示:待测样品Ⅰ与标准样品有明显差异,即该样品不是“先玉335”；待测样品Ⅱ与标准样品无明显差异,说明该样品是“先玉335”.SSR标记技... |
