摘    要:利用PCR- DGGE技术研究了野生与栽培两种生境下东北山樱的表层和根际土壤细菌群落结构的差异,以及野生东北山樱根际与其周围优势植物根际细菌群落结构的区别.用细菌的16S rDNA特异引物,对东北山樱和相邻其他优势植物根区土壤中提取的总DNA进行PCR扩增,通过DGGE技术对PCR产物进行分析.结果表明:无论在栽培条件...
