草莓属野生种质资源的离体培养

摘    要:对草莓野生资源离体培养进行了研究,建立了10种野生草莓的离体培养体系。野生草莓葡匐茎茎尖在MS+BA 1.0mg/L培养基上的芽分化率普遍高于在1/2MS培养基上的,且大多数分化芽有增殖,但1/2MS培养基上分化的幼苗较MS+BA1.0mg/L上的健壮。不同野生草莓需要不同的增殖培养基。1/2MS生根培养基对所有供试野生草莓均适用。

Abstract:The problems of wild strawberries in vitro culture were studied .The systems of the in vitro culture of these 10 species of wild strawberries were built. The differential rates of the shoots of 10 species of wild strawberries in MS+BA 1.0 mg/L medium were higher than those in 1/2MS medium and most shoots had multiplied in MS+BA 1.0 mg/L medium. The multiplication medium for each wild strawberry was different.1/2MS medium for root induced was suitable for all tested wild strawberries.
