摘    要:用含质量浓度为20 mg/L、80 mg/L的Cr~(3+)(CrCl_3)营养液培养雁山、荔浦、桃花江3个李氏禾(Leersia hexandra Swartz)种群,火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定重金属Cr~(3+)含量,筛选出对铬富集能力偏高的荔浦种群进行水分、光照和肥料交互作用培养试验,记录李氏禾的生长状况和测定不同状况下的叶绿素和蛋白质含量.结果表明:在土壤含水量为60%、中光照度(3 000 lx左右)和适当追肥的共同作用下,李氏禾生长速度最快;施肥会增加李氏禾的分蘖数和最大根系长度.这一结果能为提高李氏禾的生物量,将其应用于污染水体和土壤的修复提供理论依据.

Abstract:Three Leersia hexandra populations chosen from Yanshan District,Lipu County,Taohuajiang Town in Guilin were cultivated under 20%and 80%Cr(Ⅲ)concentrations,the Cr content was tested with flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry.The Leersia hexandra from Lipu County was regarded as the best one to be tested.To seek effection of interaction of moisture,light and fertilizer on growth of chromium hyper-accumulator Leersia hexandra Swartz,the growth status during the experiment was observed and different physiological conditions were tested.The results showed that the growth rate of L. hexandra Was the fastest and the biomass of L.hexandra was the highest under the conditions of 60%of the moisture gradient.middle illumination(3 000 lx around)and appropriate fertilization.Fertilization helped forficadon and root lengthening.This study will provide theoretical basis for the increase of Leersia hexandra biomass and its application to restoration of contaminated water and soil.
