摘    要:以贵州黔东南州为对象研究食用菌饮食文化开发对我国食用菌产业发展影响;分析我国食用菌饮食文化和贵州黔东南州食用菌发展现状。从食用菌从业人员、食用菌饮食文化活动、生产设备、发展模式四方面研究食用菌饮食文化开发对我国食用菌产业发展的影响,并提出挖掘稀有食用菌品种、加强食用菌产业布局、推广规模化食用菌产业、增加食用菌科技投入和食用菌的普及推广力度以及发展食用菌深加工等建议,以期为我国食用菌产业发展提供依据。

Abstract:In order to promote the development of edible fungi industry in China, the diet culture on the development of edible fungi industry in China is studied with Guizhou Qiandongnan prefecture as the research object. First analyze the edible fungus diet culture in China and the development status of edible fungi in Qiandongnan, Guizhou. We will study the development of edible fungi diet culture on edible fungus industry in China from the four aspects of edible fungi practitioners, edible fungi cultural activities, production equipment, and development models. Development impacts, and put forward six suggestions for excavating rare edible fungi species, strengthening the edible fungi industry layout, promoting the large-scale edible fungi industry, increasing the investment in edible fungi technology, increasing the popularity of edible fungi, and developing the edible fungi deep processing, in order to provide the basis for industrial development of edible fungi for China.
