| 摘 要： | 通过对287头份临床型乳房炎奶样的真菌鉴定表明,真菌感染阳性率为20.91%、阴性率为79.09%、原发感染率为15.76%,抗生素治疗5d以上(含5d)的继发感染率为47.83%.对病原体的研究发现,真菌性乳房炎的病原主要有酵母类真菌、癣菌和曲霉菌类真菌.根据真菌性乳房炎临床症状的严重程度,可将奶牛真菌性乳房炎分为轻型和重型二个类型.用抗真菌类药物(青霉素、链霉素、庆大霉素、环病沙星等)配合"乳霉净"(主要成分为咪唑类抗真菌类药物和中药浸出成分)进行乳头灌注治疗奶牛真菌性乳房炎,疗效较好,治愈率达84.62%.

| Abstract: | From 287 milk samples of clinical mastitis,identification of epiphyte indicates that the positive rate of epiphyte infection is 20.91%,negative rate is 79.09%,primary infection rate is 15.76%,the rate of secondary infection which has been cured with antibiotic for more than 5 days(includes 5 days) is 47.83%.Elementary study indicates that the pathogen of yeast-mastitis mainly include microzyme,ringworm and aspergillus.According to severity degree of symptom,yeast-mastitis can be divided into 2 types: light and heavy.Curative effect has made when anti-epiphyte medicine and rumeijing was poured into cow's nipple to cure yeast-mastitis of cow,the curing rate is 84.62%. |
