| 摘 要： | 要正确认识利率市场化的风险和机遇,通过打造利率市场化的微观主体基础,营造有利于利率市场化的市场竞争环境,发挥银行业协会在利率形成和利率管理中的作用,消除资金在货币市场和资本市场间自由流动的制度壁垒,稳步推进利率市场化改革。

| Abstract: | We should hold the opportunity and take a positive outlook to overcome mountains of difficulties.To remove institutional barriers of the free flow of capitals between the money market and the capital market,we also need to enhance the viability of the economic entity and to build a good competitive market environment.The banking association should play a constructive role in the setting and management of interest rate. |
