Application progress of gas chromatography in pesticide residue analysis |

| Abstract: | Abstract: With the improvement of people''s living standards and the increasing emphasis on the food safety of agricultural products and Chinese herbal medicine, the relevant national testing institutions have increased the detection of pesticide residues in agricultural products. As a method for the determination of pesticide residues in crops and Chinese herbal medicines, gas chromatography has been widely used because of its advantages of simple operation, fast analysis speed and high detection sensitivity. The application of gas chromatography is of great significance to improve the food safety of agricultural products and Chinese herbal medicines. |
