双莲鸡生长发育与曲线拟合情况分析

双莲鸡是列入国家级畜禽遗传资源保护名录的地方品种,为了解其早期生长发育规律,为其遗传资源保护和品系选育提供参考依据,运用Logistic、Gompertz和Von Bertalanffy三种非线性生长模型对双莲鸡母鸡0~17周龄体重生长情况进行曲线拟合和分析。结果表明,三种曲线均能较好地拟合双莲鸡生长曲线。经分析比较发现,Von Bertalanffy模型拟合的双莲鸡母鸡生长曲线效果最佳(R2=0.997),其拐点为(5.199,420.399)。3种模型对双莲鸡生长曲线的拟合和分析是可行的,通过生长曲线的拟合分析可及时掌握双莲鸡的生长发育规律,发现饲养管理中存在的问题。

Growth and Development Analysis and Curve Fitting for Shuanglian Chicken

Shuang1ian Chicken is a native breed which was 1isted in the Protection List of Nationa1 Anima1 Genetic Resources. In order to studying the ear1y growth ru1es of ShuangLian chicken and providing an reference for the genetic resources conservation and new 1ines breeding, three kinds of non1inear mode1 such as Logistic, Gompertz and Von Berta1anffy, were used to ana1yze the growth curve of ShuangLian hens from 0 to 17 weeks. The resu1ts showed that the growth curves of Shuang1ian hens cou1d be appropriate1y fitted with the three mode1s. But the Von Berta1anffy mode1 p1ayed the best with fitting degree (R2) of 0.997, and the growth inf1exion at 5.199 weeks and 420.399 g. It indicated that the three mode1s were a11 feasib1e to ana1yze and fit the growth curve of the ShuangLian chicken. Through the fitting of the growth curves, the growth and deve1opment ru1es cou1d be mastered and the prob1ems in feeding and management cou1d a1so be found in time.
