基于PSR模型的生态农业激励机制建设研究

生态农业是现代农业发展的重要方向,是破解"三农"问题的有效途径。运用PSR模型,以生态农业发展思路为原则,以如何推动生态农业发展步伐为目标,研究生态农业激励机制建设在生态农业建设和推广中的重要作用。通过建立生态农业激励机制,进一步深化生态农业内部建设,政府能够积极营造良好的生态农业建设环境,主动服务农民和适应市场,让农民快速稳定增收,实现生态农业的经济效益、社会效益、生态效益相互融合,使得生态农业产业达到一种良性循环状态。

Study on Construction of Incentive Mechanism for Ecological Agriculture Based on PSR Model

Ecological agriculture is an important direction for modern agricultural development,and an effective way to solve "Three Agriculture" problems(countryside,agriculture and farmer problems).Using the PSR model,based on principles of ecological agricultural development ideas,taking how to promote the steps of ecological agricultural development as the goal,the importance of the establishment of ecological agricultural incentive mechanism in construction and promotion of ecological agriculture was studied.Through the establishment of ecological agricultural incentive mechanism,the internal construction of ecological agriculture would be deepened further,and the government could create a good environment for ecological agricultural construction,and actively serve peasants better and adapt to the market,which can let peasants increase incomes fast and steady and achieve mutual integration of economic,social,and ecological benefits of ecological agriculture,and make ecological agricultural industry keeping a beneficial cycle.
